11. Shopify Network Intelligence and Enhanced Services
Shopify Network Intelligence is currently enabled for our store.
When enabled, Shopify may use customer information from our store together with information from Shopify and other merchants to provide certain Enhanced Services.
According to Shopify, these Enhanced Services may support:
- improved products;
- personalization;
- store performance;
- analytics;
- advertising;
- advertising targeting; and
- other business-improvement functionality.
No other merchant is provided direct access to our customer data through Shopify Network Intelligence.
Certain processing associated with Enhanced Services may constitute "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under privacy laws in certain U.S. states. Shopify therefore provides mechanisms for applicable customers to opt out.
You may learn more about Shopify's handling of information through:

12. Shopify Collabs and Affiliate Services
We may use Shopify Collabs to administer affiliate and creator relationships, track referrals, attribute qualifying purchases, manage promotional codes, and calculate commissions.
Depending on the applicable configuration, information associated with affiliate and referral activity may be processed by Shopify and related services.
Our Shopify configuration identifies Collabs data collection as potentially qualifying as "data sale" under Shopify's privacy settings. This terminology reflects Shopify's configuration and does not independently determine whether a particular disclosure legally constitutes a "sale" under every applicable law.
Where applicable law provides you with the right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you may exercise that right through our privacy-choice mechanisms described below.

If you provide your email address or otherwise subscribe to marketing communications, we may use your information to send:

Even after opting out of promotional communications, you may continue to receive necessary transactional or service-related communications, such as:
- order confirmations;
- shipping updates;
- account notices;
- security notices; and
- other communications necessary to provide Services.
14. Text Messages
Where SMS marketing is offered and you provide the required consent, we may use your telephone number to send marketing or service-related text messages.
You may withdraw marketing consent in accordance with the instructions provided in the applicable message.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
We will not treat your withdrawal of promotional SMS consent as a withdrawal of consent to receive necessary transactional communications where such communications are permitted by law.
Note: This section should remain only if STRIIPZ actually offers or sends SMS communications.
15. Judge.me Reviews
We use Judge.me for review functionality.
If you submit a review or related content, information may be processed by Judge.me to provide review functionality, including collecting, managing, verifying, displaying, and distributing reviews.

19. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Depending on where you live, certain disclosures of personal information to third parties may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or processing for targeted advertising, under applicable privacy laws.
For example, our Shopify configuration identifies certain Shopify Collabs data collection as qualifying as data sale, while Shopify Network Intelligence and certain advertising-related processing may constitute sharing or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws.
We do not interpret the presence of a third-party technology as automatically meaning that every disclosure constitutes a legal "sale" or "sharing" under every state law.
Where applicable law gives you the right to opt out, you may exercise that right through our:
Your Privacy Choices
mechanism.
Where required and supported by our applicable Shopify privacy configuration, recognized universal opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control may also be used to communicate an opt-out preference. Shopify states that its data-sharing opt-out mechanism can use GPC for applicable regions.

Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
29. Third-Party Websites
Our Services may contain links to websites, applications, social-media platforms, or other services operated by third parties.
